第一、我们可以说take heart。我们来看2个例句: You also need to know that it took me quite a long time to take heart of grace to act it out. 你也要知道，我是花了很长时间才鼓起勇气决定把这个剧演出来的。Take heart, frustrated 1 student, class is in session! 振作，你这个沮丧学生，上课还没有结束！

注解1：Take heart of grace是“鼓起勇气”的意思。例如：You should take heart of grace to make an apologize to him deeply. 你应该鼓起勇气向他致以深深的道歉。
注解2: Act......out意思是把…表演出来；把…付诸行动。例如：They will act out some folk dances. 他们将表演一些民间舞蹈。Now read and act out the dialogue. 现在来阅读和表演下面的对话。They are determined 2 to act out their ideal.她们决心把自己的理想变成行动。
注解3：In session的意思是在开庭；在开会；在上课。例如：The court was not in session yesterday. 法庭昨天未开庭。Is your school in recess 3 or not in session now? 你们那边现在是放假还是要上课?。When the House of Commons is in session, it is a crowded and exciting place. 当下议院开会时，这地方就变成拥挤而又热闹的场所。
第二、我们可以说gather oneself together。我们来看一个例子: Working out relieves stress and gather ourselves up. 体育锻炼可以减轻压力振作精神。He did his best to gather himself together and looked unconcerned. 他竭力振作精神，做出满不在乎的模样。
第三、我们可以说get up steam。例如：It was hard for us to get up steam to finish the work in one day. 要我们鼓足干劲，一天完成任务是很难的。I don't think I could get up steam to walk all the way ——let's take the car. 我想我无法打起精神走完全程——还是让我们开车吧。He gets up steam with study and catch up with the rest of （the rest of 剩下的；其余的）his class. 他振作精神学习赶上了班上的其他同学。
注解1：All the way意思一路上；自始至终；一直；完全。例如：I'll back you up （back up 支持）all the way. 我完全支持你。Don't tell me how it ends I haven't read all the way through（read through 阅读完，看完） yet. 先别告诉我书的结尾－－我还没看完呢。The two runners contested the race closely it was nip and tuck all the way. 那两个赛跑选手竞争激烈－－在赛程中一直不相上下。
注解2： Take a car意思是开车。例如：You'd better take a car because you are old. 你已经老了，最好坐汽车去。
注解3：Get up steam with sth意思是振作精神，鼓起有勇气做某事。我们来看这个句子——Get up steam with your homework even though it is difficult. 打起精神去做个功课，虽然功课是难点而。短句——Letting off steam with friends. 它的意思是叫某个人去给某个人“打打气”“鼓鼓劲”。
注解4：Catch up with的意思是赶上。例如：She walked too slowly to catch up with us. 她走得太慢，跟不上我们。除了“赶上”的意思，它还有“对......有不好的影响”的意思。例如：Old age and infirmity [in?f?:miti] had begun to catch up with him. 他开始显出年老体衰的样子了。
