We've learnt many ways to ask somebody to speak out hid words in his bottom heart. Guys, have you remembered? They are: Get is out in the open. Give it to me straight. Truth be told. And this morning I would like to share a new one with you which means 1 "Tell me honestly." Often it's used when the speaker wants to know a person's real feelings. What's it? Please listen to the following dialogue and get the answer from it.
A : Level with me. You don't want to date with me, right?
B : Yeah. I don't think you are attractive 2.

It is "Level with me. " "Level with somebody." is an idiom which means "to tell somebody the truth and not hide any unpleasant 3 facts from them". 意思是：直言相告；对某人说实话。For example: I'll level with you. 我跟您说实话好了。

Talking of 说实话，we have much more expressions. They are as follows: 1 I will be honest with you. 我会向您全盘说出的。
2 Let's be honest with each other. 让我们坦诚相待。
3 You have to be honest with me. 你必须和我说实话。
4 To be honest with you. 和您说实话吧。
5 What does your heart tell you? 您跟我说实话。

I am about to send you some useful idioms relative with "level".
The first one is "on the level"which means "hones or legal 5". 意思是：合法正当的；诚实的，诚恳的。In north of America it is said as"on the up and up". Both of them are similar to saying "above board" we've learnt before. Look at following sentences: I am not convinced 6 that he is on the level. 我不相信他是诚恳的。Are you sure this deal is on the level? 你确定这笔交易是合法的吗？
The second is "try or do your level best to do something" which means "to do as much as you can to achieve something". 意思是：尽自己最大的努力，竭尽全力，全力以赴。For example: I tried my level best to get him to increase my salary but it was clearly no go. 我已尽力让他给我增加薪水, 但显然行不通.
