Last time we learned 1 "So, tell me(something).". 意思是：来吧，说说看。If we want to express "说说看这是怎么回事。". Then how should we put it. Alright, let's get the answer from the following dialogue.
A : I went on a date with Alan last night. B : Alan is handsome. Tell me what happened.

It is "Tell me what happened.". This is a way of saying "I want to know something.". It means that the speaker want to know about some event. There is another sentence whose meaning is similar to it. That is "Tell me what that is about."【即学即用】

【Sentence pattens】S+tell me + N(宾语从句) 意思是：说说......。顺便啰嗦一句：me 是间接宾语，名词和宾语从句指直接宾语。
