Now this brings us to our next pattern, which is body language. 这引出了下一个模式，那就是肢体语言。

Can you start to find the hot spots to see the discrepancies 6 between someone's words and someone's actions? 你可以找出破绽吗，能看出某人言行上的不一致吗？
Now, I know it seems really obvious, but when you're having a conversation with someone you suspect of deception 7, attitude is by far the most overlooked but telling of indicators 8. 这似乎很显然，但是当你与你怀疑的对象进行对话时，你往往忽略了态度这个指示标。

- Do not overdo your privilege of reproving me.不要过分使用责备我的特权。
- The taxi drivers' association is urging its members,who can work as many hours as they want,not to overdo it.出租车司机协会劝告那些工作时长不受限制的会员不要疲劳驾驶。
n.差异，不符合（之处），不一致（之处）( discrepancy的名词复数 )
- wide discrepancies in prices quoted for the work 这项工作的报价出入很大
- When both versions of the story were collated,major discrepancies were found. 在将这个故事的两个版本对照后，找出了主要的不符之处。 来自《简明英汉词典》
n.欺骗，欺诈；骗局，诡计
- He admitted conspiring to obtain property by deception.他承认曾与人合谋骗取财产。
- He was jailed for two years for fraud and deception.他因为诈骗和欺诈入狱服刑两年。
（仪器上显示温度、压力、耗油量等的）指针( indicator的名词复数 )； 指示物； （车辆上的）转弯指示灯； 指示信号
- The economic indicators are better than expected. 经济指标比预期的好。
- It is still difficult to develop indicators for many concepts used in social science. 为社会科学领域的许多概念确立一个指标仍然很难。
