eg:Old people tend to get fat.

2. regular，定期的，有规律的。 regular exercise就是指规律运动。
段中用了regular的副词regularly 1，regularly表示经常地，有规律地,习惯性地。 段中的exercising regularly也是指规律运动。
eg:He made a regular visit to his parents.
他定期看望父母亲。
