Can you give me examples of what I should say?

After you've introduced yourself, you could say: Today I'm going to...and explain.
在介绍完自己后，你可以说：今天我将要……然后解释。
Then say: I'll start by...And then I'm going to move on to discuss… And finally...
然后说：我首先会……然后我将要谈到……最后……
OK, like this: Today I'm going to...
好的，比如这样：今天我将要……
