This is AP News Minute.

The Federal Communications Commission says an investigation 4 is under way after an alert sent to cell phones in Hawaii mistakenly said a missile was heading there. The FCC chairman says it appears Hawaiian officials didn't have enough safeguards in place.

Dozens of people got safely back to land after a casino shuttle boat burst into flames off southwest Florida. Authorities say the boat operator steered 5 quickly toward shore and likely saved lives.

And a structure floor collapsed 6 inside Indonesia's stock exchange, forcing a chaotic 7 evacuation. Dozens of injuries are reported. Officials say terrorism wasn't involved.
