2. A Haitian court has convicted American missionary 2 Laura Silsby of arranging to transport 33 children out of the country after January's earthquake. But a judge sentenced her amounted to time served in jail. She's now free to leave the country.
3. An attorney for the family of a seven-year-old girl killed by a police officer's bullet says video footage contradicts the police department's version of what happened during a weekend raid. Police say the officer's gun discharged during a struggle with the girl's grandmother. The attorney says the video shows at least one shot was fired outside the home.
4. A Lebanese immigrant is the new Miss USA. Rima Fakih took home the crown in Las Vegas Sunday night.
