2016博鳌亚洲论坛上值得关注的五大热词

 　博鳌亚洲论坛2016年年会，Boao Forum 1 for Asia (BFA)，正在海南博鳌召开。

　　来自世界各地的政要、知名学者和工商界翘楚，聚首博鳌小镇，共同探讨亚洲未来发展。
　　今年博鳌亚洲论坛的主题为“亚洲新未来：新活力与新愿景”(Asia's New Future: New Dynamics 2 and New Vision)。
　　本届论坛上有五大热词值得我们关注。
　　众筹
　　Crowd funding
　　在本届博鳌亚洲论坛上，无所不包的众筹分论坛备受瞩目。
　　众筹是指通过向一群人募集资金来支持一个项目(funding a project by raising monetary 3 contributions from a large number of people)。
　　现今这一行为一般通过互联网注册来进行(via Internet-mediated registries)，但是这一概念也可以延伸到用邮购订阅等方法来实行(executed through mail-order subscriptions)。
　　据世界银行预测，2025年全球众筹市场规模将达到3000亿美元，从农业、餐饮到影视、住房，从捐赠、购买到股权、债权，众筹已经成为互联网金融的新一波热潮。
　　快速发展的众筹模式带给创业者无限可能。但同时，低门槛、规模小等特点也容易让众筹陷入潜在的陷阱。
　　互联网金融

　　博鳌论坛上发布的一份报告显示，互联网金融已经胜过了实体金融机构提供的服务(outperform financing services offered by bricks-and-mortar channels)，给予金融借贷者更多的积极影响。
　　互联网金融极大地帮助了那些难以获得银行贷款和传统的金融资源的小企业和新兴企业(small businesses and startups that do not have access to bank lending and traditional financing resources in a good way)。
　　所以这些新兴的互联网金融平台可以增强中国的金融业，促进其中小型企业的发展(strengthen China's financial industry and promote its small and medium-sized businesses)。
　　与此同时，尽管互联网金融使得人们能够更加容易地获得贷款，由于不健全的信用制度(the unsound credit system)，互联网金融机构的坏账率(bad debt rate)也很高。
　　共享经济

　　共享经济(sharing Economy)作为分论坛的议题，引发了人们的广泛关注，成为博鳌论坛的热点话题。
　　共享经济是指：
　　An economic system in which assets or services are shared between private individuals, either for free or for a fee, typically by means of the Internet: thanks to the sharing economy you can easily rent out your car, your apartment, your bike, even your Wi-Fi network when you don’t need it.
　　在一个经济体系中，通过免费或收费的方式，将资产或服务在个人之间进行共享。信息一般以互联网的方式进行传播: 多亏了共享经济，你可以在自己的需求得到满足的情况下，将闲置的资产比如汽车、公寓、自行车，甚至Wi-Fi网络出租给他人。
　　在名为“共享经济：我的就是你的”的分论坛上(a panel session titled "The Sharing Economy: What's Mine is Yours")，很多嘉宾都认为，共享经济的本质在于将使用权与所有权分离，让多数人能以更低的成本享受经济发展的成果。
　　易到用车的创始人兼CEO周航预测称，共享经济未来将成为社会不可分割的一部分(projected share economy to become an indispensible part of the society in the future)。
　　供给侧结构性改革

　　亚洲博鳌论坛的参与者均认同供给侧改革将帮助中国解决目前的经济困难，推进区域增长(supply-side structural reform will help China overcome its economic difficulties and propel regional growth)。
　　所谓“供给侧改革”，就是从供给、生产端入手，通过解放生产力，提升竞争力促进经济发展。具体而言，就是要求清理僵尸企业，淘汰落后产能，将发展方向锁定新兴领域、创新领域，创造新的经济增长点。
　　中国过去三十年中的经济高速增长是由资本投资(capital investment)和出口(exports)——需求侧(the demand side)推动的。而供给侧改革则致力于通过税务减免、创新等来激励企业(stimulating business through tax cuts and innovation)，推动高端产品与服务(high-end products and services )。
　　加大供给侧改革力度，能够鼓励更好的产品、更优良的服务的出现，这其中就包括先进的制造业，医疗和定制化服务(including state-of-the-art manufacturing, medical care and customized services)。

　　AlphaGo和韩国棋手李世乭的围棋对决，开启了人工智能的启蒙运动。在博鳌亚洲论坛上，关于人工智能是否能够代替并超越人类，其在各领域当如何应用，引发热烈探讨。
　　人工智能(Artificial intelligence)常简写为AI，是对人的意识、思维的信息过程的模拟。在计算机领域内，得到了愈加广泛的重视，并在机器人(robots)，经济政治决策，控制系统(control system)，仿真系统(simulation system)中得到应用。
