We've been back to Live desk and we have Anchor Megyn Kelly about this morning's Las Vegas show.It was an interesting sideshow in Las Vegas this morning. Watching O.J Simpson coming there.He has some interesting reactions when he hear those charges.But you know,what do you think about how strong this case really is?
I really don't think it's that strong. I mean believe me I'm not a big defender 1 of O.J.Simpson.But I look at this case and I think technically 2 they have him because technically he did go into this place and some body had gone and obviously he behaved like police like thought him there.
But convert that four-minute exchange inside this Vegas Hotel room between fugs outsides you know this elegivictim is no big prizes either. Into some thing like potentially give this guy a life sentence seems really disportional to me.
I mean when you look at the facts that you know nobody got hurt. I think it's likely that his defence charge were argueing that he didn't know that there is a gun in the room because we don't hear it's that the gun gets drawn 3 and point at someone and threatens some body directly. Do we?
Right.No.No we don't hear that. We just know their is gun involved. So O.J's gona to say look I went there trying to retrieve 4 my stuff. This guy Tom Richear said look,he said we are gona get going. You can get your stuff. Yes I planed the saying. Hey, give me my stuff and I wasn't going to be nice about it. I didn't know this guy had a gun nor did I have just had a gun. He pulls what out . I got myself in the back. What am I gona to do then?Just don't know. I took it and left. It's my stuff. And that's still remains 5 to be seen but that's going to do defence.
Here's the possible level that a huge list of charge are against him.10 *11 charges altogether.Because they know that they are going to wade 6 it down and eventurally come out of something and maybe himself is a quad 7.
Exactly.They want to raise this stakes as high as possible so they has somebody to plead down to plead guilty to . And I've been shocked if O.J plead anything significant in this case. I think they want to push him to trouble.

Yeah I do,because I don't think he's gona want to plead guilty.The chargers they are serious falonies and I think he's probably rightthat if he gets his defence in front of jewellery .He can say listen I should'nt have been there put the other guys with the truth though. The suffer belonged to me.
