Heidi says rule No.1 is to, well, look good.
When you exercise, you look good, you have a good outfit 2 on, you feel better about yourself immediately, like I don’t like to wear sh..lumppy-looking things, like to be like …This perky super model doesn’t have a trainer and she hates the gym. So Heidi rule No.2 is exercise wherever you can.
If there’s walking upstairs downstairs and taking an elevator, taking your dogs for a walk instead of having a dog walker. For me it’s not so much about lifting the weight, you know I life the shopping bags the grocery bags.
Rule No.3 don’t sweat that number on the scale.
You really, I see it on my pants, if I can’t close them, you know that means something has to stop.
