[00:29.43]Over 25% of car journeys

[00:31.54]are under two miles-short journeys

[00:34.64]we could easily walk or cycle.

[00:37.34]Leg power can save you money,

[00:39.36]keep you fit and help you live longer.

[00:41.98]And regular exercise cuts the risk

[00:44.03]of heart disease 2 by 50%!

[00:47.26]2 Use public transport.

[00:49.52]On average,about forty people travel

[00:51.89]in one bus,

[00:53.25]while the same number occupy thirty-three cars.

[00:57.01]Sometimes it can take a little bit longer,

[00:59.04]but so what?

[01:00.47]You can relax on the bus or train,

[01:02.55]read a book, talk to someone,

[01:04.46]meet the love of yur life-who knows?

[01:26.55]share journeys with someone else.

[01:28.57]It is much cheaper

[01:29.83]and kinder to the environment.
