 Everyone knows that walking is good for your health. Well, now there is a way to make walking even healthier. It is called interval 1 walking. There are various forms of this workout, but here is the most basic.


 
Walk at your usual pace for three minutes. Then, walk fast for three minutes. Repeat this cycle for about 30 minutes. When you finish drink a glass of milk. The protein in the milk will help you build muscle faster.
 
This workout is good for building muscle and losing weight. Switching between walking and running makes your body work harder and as a result it burns calories faster.
