President Obama is going after credit card companies. Later today, he'll sign a new law designed to protect you from huge interest rate hikes. The so-called credit card bill of rights will also stop companies from making stealth charges to your account. Experts say the new law will impact who can actually get a credit card as well. The new plan won't actually take effect though for a year. s
Four terror suspects have been held without bail 1 in New York. We first learned about their alleged 2 plot to bomb a pair of synagogues after their arrest yesterday. The FBI had been watching them for nearly a year. Two of the four men were injured in the arrest. They received medical treatment. Their next court appearance is scheduled for June 5th.
A Minnesota man says he's worried sick. He's pleading with his wife to bring their sick son back home. 13-year-old Daniel Hauser has cancer. Doctors say he needs chemotherapy. Authorities believe Colleen Hauser fled with her son Monday to avoid him getting chemo. The Hausers prefer natural healing and alternative remedies.

An arrest warrant that includes a charge of deprivation 3 of parental 4 rights has been issued for Daniel's mother.
The Space Shuttle Atlantis will not be coming home today. NASA has waved off two chances for landing because of the weather at Kennedy Space Center in Florida is not cooperating. The next chance to land is tomorrow. Then the shuttle can land either at Kennedy or Edwards Air Force Base which is in California. Already the weather isn't looking so great for a landing tomorrow in Florida.
