The garage, "garage," is the place where you keep your car. 车库（garage），是放车的地方。
"I'm usually running late and today is no exception!" “我通常上班会迟到，今天也是如此！”
When you are running late, you are behind your schedule; you're behind time that you want to be somewhere. 当你迟到了，你晚点了；就是你没在你预定的时间到达目的地。
To run late means the same as to be late or to be tardy 1, "tardy." “To run late”和“to be late”或“to be tardy”的意思一样。
Usually that word, tardy, is only used in school. “Tardy”这个词一般只用在学校里。
We say a student is tardy, we mean that they are late for school or late for class. 我们会说某些学生很拖拉，就是说他们上学或上课迟到。
To be running late means that you are not on the schedule that you want to be on—that you did not leave at the time you wanted to leave. “To be running late”的意思是你没有按照你的时间安排进行——你没有在要离开的时候离开。
I say I'm "running late and today is no exception!" 我说我“迟到了，今天也是如此！”
That expression, is no exception, "exception," means that today is the same as every other day—it is not different. 短语“no exception”（exception），的意思是今日和往日一样——没有差别。
An exception is when something is different. 某事物不同的时候就是例外，
Well, today is no different, that means today is no exception—it is not different. 嗯，今天也没有不同，意思是今天也没有例外——没有什么不同。
