The water comes out of the faucet 1 spout 2, "spout," that's the part of the faucet where the water actually comes out of. 水从水龙头喷嘴（spout）流出，它是水龙头的组成部分，是水真正流出之地。
I step into the shower, I turn on "the hot and cold water, looking for the perfect temperature," not too hot, not too cold. 我走进浴室，打开“冷水和热水水龙头，为的是能找到最合适的水温，”不太热，也不太冷。
"I lather 3 up with soap." “接着在身上抹肥皂。”
To lather, "lather," or to lather up, means to take soap and put it on your skin and then put water on it, “抹肥皂（lather）”，的意思是拿着肥皂，把它涂在皮肤上，接着蘸上水，
and you rub the soap and the water together until you make little bubbles — until the soap and water covers your skin. 然后你用手揉擦肥皂和水直到身上出现了小泡沫——直到肥皂和水覆盖了你的皮肤。
That is to lather or to lather up. 那就是在抹肥皂。

Shampoo, "shampoo," is the soap for your head — for your hair, if you have hair. 洗发水（shampoo），是用来洗头——洗头发，要是你有的话，的肥皂。
So, you take this special soap, usually it is a liquid soap, and you put it on your hair and that is called shampoo. 所以，你拿上这种专门的肥皂，它一般是液体的，然后在头上倒一些，那个就叫洗发水。
