You can also lather 1 up your shampoo. 你也可以在头上涂抹洗发水。
You take your hands and you move them back and forth 2 quickly, and that would lather up your shampoo. 你用双手在头上快速地来回移动，那样就是在头上涂抹洗发水。
Well, after you do that, then you have to get rid of the soap and the shampoo, and you do that by rinsing 3. 好了，涂抹完后，你就得弄掉肥皂和洗发水，那你就要冲洗了。
To rinse 4, "rinse," means to take water and get rid of the soap and the shampoo that are on your body. 冲洗（rinse），意思是用水来冲掉身体上的肥皂和洗发水。
After you do that, then you have to dry your body off. 冲洗完后，你就要擦干身体。
To dry off means the same as to dry, but we use that expression, to dry off, to mean to dry, in this case, your body with a towel. “Dry off”和“dry”都是指擦干，但我们用“to dry off”这个短语来表示擦干，在这里，你是用毛巾来擦干身体。
Now, it is time for me to shave. 现在，我该刮胡子了。
To shave, "shave," means to remove hair, usually from your face. 刮胡子（shave）, 是指除去毛发，一般是脸上的毛发。
If you are a man and you don't shave, you will grow a beard and a mustache; you will have hair on your face. 如果你是个不刮胡子的男人，那么你就会留胡须和胡髭；你的脸上会有毛发。
