It expects the world economy to expand by 3.3% this year and 3.6% next year. The IMF's report sees two big risks to the global economy - the usual suspects of the ongoing 2 eurozone debt crisis and the so-called fiscal 3 cliff in the US, the tax cuts and automatic spending reductions that will hit the American economy early next year unless Congress acts.
