模仿文本： What has followed in the 200 years or so since is the stuff of legend - the cocktail 1, a drink that can come with eye-catching colour. It can be long, short, bitter or sweet. Drinks come with an array of myths and stories surrounding their invention. Some are even true. It's also a world of innovation and flavour and one that more of us are embracing again. And by the way, most of the story will be told by people standing 2 behind the bar.
