Singer Chris Brown is pleaded guilty to assaulting singer Rihanna. But he won't have to serve any jail time. Under a plea deal, Brown must serve five years of probation 3, 6 months of community labor 4. The Los Angeles judge also ordered the singers to stay away from each other.
Court did address Rihanna and stated that although the stay away order pertains 5 specifically to Chris, Rihanna should not contact him either. Because if Rihanna contacts Chris, that would be a violation 6 on Chris's part. So the court understood that it was unlikely that Rihanna would contact Chris. But so far we're explicitly 7 telling Rihanna not to contact Chris as well.
