Whatis your reaction when you receive this legal notice from Gap?
I wassurprised and I was angry that how cooperation like Gap which is so huge to getoffended by a small entity 3 factory, entity like green the gap. Then what we do is completely different from what Gap does, the recycle the up cycle if you aretrying to quit livelihood 4 for people like these in terms of people who are dealing 5 with waste and also for many people who made things waste .
The notice accused equal eco-entrepreneur, Vimlendu Jha are adopting the name gapin his company's products and website with quote "mollified intention to take undue 6 advantage of Gap's reputation and good will. John says the claimsare unwarranted.
This is completely bizarre because that wasn't our intention. That is not even the meaning of bringing the gap. There is no connection between gap and green the gap.
The notice also ordered John to stop using the word gap in any manner.
I thought it was an absolute case of corporate 7 belief and I will stand against it.If you look at the legal notice the gap had sent us, it was very intermediating thing ,that will rewriting over the good will and then they are such a big ,big company , a multi-billion- dollar company. But that is not being that come to my country and tell me not to use the word gap .Gap would not comment on the notice citing legal matters .But in a statement to CNN ,Gapsaid indeed is a market it is exploring ,though there is no plant time table.With dozens of global retailers 8 looking to enter the country's 500 billion-dollar retailer sector 9, Jha worry other small locally businesses will be in his words bullied 10.
