[00:04.52]Feed Your Mind
[00:06.60]Since the prehistoric 1 times, man has had an urge to satisfy his needs.
[00:13.60] Be it hunger, shelter or search for a mate,
[00:17.31] he has always manipulated the circumstances to the best of his advantages.
[00:22.23]Probably this might be the reason
[00:24.53]why we human are the most developed of all living species on the earth,
[00:28.79]and probably also in the universe.
[00:31.53]As we climbed the steps of evolution with giant leaps,
[00:35.36]we somehow left behind common sense and logical thinking—
[00:39.29]we forgot that we have stopped thinking ahead of times.
[00:42.57]If you are hungry, what do you do? Grab a piece of your favorite meal
[00:47.72] and stay quiet after that? Just like your stomach, even your mind is hungry.
[00:53.07]But it never lets you know,
[00:54.93]because you keep it busy thinking about your dream lover,
[00:58.22] favorite star and many such absurd things.
[01:01.49]So it silently began to heed 2 to your needs and never let itself grow.
[01:06.42] When mind looses its freedom to grow, creativity gets a full stop.
[01:12.10] This might be the reason why we all sometimes think "What happens next?",
[01:16.80]"Why can't I think?", "Why am I always given the difficult problems?"
[01:21.40]Well this is the aftermath of our own karma
[01:25.22]of using our brain for thinking of not-so-worthy things.
[01:28.72]Hunger of the mind can be actually satiated through extensive reading.
[01:34.30] Now why reading and not watching TV?
[01:37.26]Because reading has been the most educative tool used by us right from the childhood.
[01:42.29]Just like that to develop other aspects of our life,
[01:45.79]we have to take help of reading.
[01:47.97]You have innumerable number of books in this world
[01:51.14] which will answer your entire "How to" questions.
[01:54.86]Once you read a book, you just don't run your eyes through the lines,
[01:59.02]but even your mind decodes 3 it and explains it to you.
[02:03.06]The interesting part of the book is stored in your mind as a seed.
[02:07.22] Now this seed is unknowingly used by you in your future to develop new ideas.
[02:12.91] The same seed if used many times can help you link and relate a lot of things,
[02:18.49] of which you would have never thought of in your wildest dreams!
[02:21.99] This is nothing but creativity.
[02:24.40]More the number of books you read,
[02:26.59] your mind will open up like never before.
[02:29.42] Also this improves your oratory 4 skills to a large extent
[02:33.47]and also makes a significant contribution to your vocabulary.
[02:37.08]Within no time you start speaking English or any language fluently with your friends
[02:42.22] or other people and you never seem to run out of the right words at the right time.
[02:47.03]Actually, I had a problem in speaking English fluently,
[02:50.76]but as I read, I could improve significantly.
[02:54.28]I am still on the path of improvement to quench 5 my thirst for satisfaction.
[02:59.09] So guys do join me and give food for your thoughts by reading,
[03:03.58]reading and more reading. Now what are you waiting for?
[03:07.84]Go, grab a book, and let me know!
