One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally he decided 1 the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway and it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve 2 the donkey. So, he decided to bury the donkey.
有一天，一个农民的驴子倒下成为一个好。动物哭piteously好几个小时，因为农民揣摩怎样做。最后，他决定对这只岁，并照顾到需要加以掩盖了，不管怎样，它只是不值得取回驴。所以，他决定捐弃驴。
He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel 3 and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly then slowly he quieted down till nothing more was heard.

A few shovel lads later, the farmer finally looked down the well, and he was astonished at what he saw. With every shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer’s neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and trotted 4 off!
