A man has been jailed in eastern Pennsylvinia and accused of smashing a patrol car's windshield with a large rock before chasing the cruiser and attacking an officer. Police say the motive 3 for the attack remains 4 unclear.
Secretary of State John Kerry and newly-appoint British foreign secretary Boris Johnson emphasized the importance of the relationship between the two countries on Tuesday.
