The ruling comes more than 35 years after the March,13th 1981 shooting outside a Washington hotel, in which Reagan and three others were injured. 


3. Pope Francis arrived in Poland on Wednesday, where he will spend five days meeting with young Catholics and visiting Auschwitz, as well as some Poland's most important Catholic shrines 3. It's the first time that Francis has visited the East European nation. 


4. And two circus acrobats 4 tied the knot on a tightrope 5 during a performance in Houston. The couple got married 30 feet off the ground Tuesday, during a Ringling brother's and Barnum & Bailey show.
