[00:59.90]"Nothing could have been better,"he thought.

[01:02.93]Suddenly he saw his friend Li Maochange hurrying by.

[01:07.89]"Hello,Maochange,"he called,"Your usual?"

[01:11.89]But Maochang seemed not to hear.

[01:14.81]What was the matter?Something terrible must have happened

[01:19.39]if Maochang was not coming to eat with him as he always did.

[01:27.22]into a newly-opened small restaurant at the end of the street.

[07:10.55]Yong Hui agreed to stay and soon they were both enjoying the dumplings,

[07:18.47]When they were served the ice cream Yong Hui began to look ill.

[07:23.01]"I feel sick with all this fat and heavy food,"she said,

[07:29.18]"I miss my vegetables and fruit."

[07:32.41]Wang Pengwei was just enjoying a second plate of dumplings so he sighed.

[07:37.09]"Yes,"he added,"and I would miss my dumplings and fatty pork.

[07:42.45]But don't you get tired quickly?""Well,now you mention it.

[07:48.09]I do have to rest a lot,"admitted Yong Hui.

[07:52.53]"But don't you think it would be better if you were a bit thinner?"

[07:57.10]she asked Wang Pengwei."I'm sure you would feel much healthier."

[08:02.25]They began chatting about menus and balanced diets.

[08:06.37]"My research has shown me

[08:09.25]that neither your restaurant nor mine offers a balanced diet,explained Pengwei,

[08:17.55]and you don't offer enough body-building or energy-giving foods.

[08:22.60]Perhaps we ought to combine our menus

[08:26.44]and provide a balanced menu with foods full of energy and fibre."

[08:34.35]They served raw vegetables with the hamburgers

[08:38.71]and boiled the potatoes rather than fried them.

[08:42.24]Then they served fresh fruit with ice cream.

[08:45.77]In this way they cut down the fat and increased the fibre in the meal.

[08:50.83]Their balanced menus became such a success

[08:54.78]that before long Wang Pengwei became slimmer and Yong Hui heavier.

[09:00.13]After some time the two found that their business cooperation

[09:04.81]had turned into a personal one.

[09:07.76]Finally they got married and lived happily ever after!
