-Yeah, no, but what I try to do is really think like, OK, I know this person wants to get to the final, so what do I know, what can I give them right now that’s gonna help them, be better for next time, (hum), but you really start seeing who are the ones who are kind-of cut off for the business, coz it is, you know this, it’s a lot of pressure. It’s a lot of performing, you know, on the spot, and this is like a… Everybody says “Oh, isn’t this like a shortcut 2 of fame?” I’m like “No, it’s like the hard course in fame.”
-It’s a crash course.
-Because, it’s a crash course and you have to get up there. You have to perform. You have to be great and it’s a, it’s a lot for them, I think. I thing they handled it really well.
-It is a lot of someone, I mean, at least, I think when you do it the, the long way, the way we get it.

-You have time to kind-of get used to it. It’s like…
-And years, years. It’s kind-of like make mistakes and try again and go out and you know what I mean, and before the public even sees you.

-Ah, I don’t know. You know, it’s hard to say. It’s really hard to say because right now we are done to Scotty, and we love Laurens, Jeans, and Haley and Jeans and Haley, I mean, those voices are out of this world, out of this world, and also James’s performance quality is like peaking, but so is Scotty’s right now. Yeah, and then you have Laurent who has just like an angle 3 voice with all this character and you know, I’m kind-of waiting for her break-out of her, kind-of…
