92 Will Daddy Be Home?
Becky was 1 six years old. On Christmas Eve 3 she helped her mother hanging 4 a stocking 5 marked 6 "Daddy? Becky asked her mom, "Will Daddy be home before Santa comes?"Becky's mom said 7, "I certainly 8 hope 9 so."Then Becky wanted her mother to put some cookies 10 out for Santa. As they got 16 down the stairs 17 Becky and her parents were pleased 18 to see that there were lots of presents under the tree for them. Becky noticed 19 that the sugar cookies for Santa were gone and there was a note next to a present that said, "Give these to your Daddy. He was home and in bed by the time I got here."Becky grabbed 20 her Daddy by the leg and said, "Thank you daddy. I knew you'd make it home in time."
