  口语提高速度定律=说英语时间 / 说中文时间Speed of learning English=Speaking English / Speaking Chinese ( in a period of time)比如,在给定的一天时间内(16小时),学生A练习英语口语的时间为14小时,说中文的时间为2小时,两者的比例为7:1;学生B练习口语的时间为2小时英语,说中文的时间为14小时。比例为1:7。如此一来,学生A比学生B说英语的比例大49倍。
  专家们在这个理论的基础上进行实践调查,短期突破班的许多初、高中学生都在短期内获得很大提高。只要英语口语练习者能够在一段有效的时间内,全力以赴地将口语提高作为目标,尽可能强化性地多练习口语,提高口语听说能力是绝对可以在比较快的时间内达到效果的。
