F: Good afternoon. May I help you?
M: I need some stamps for this letter.
F: What kind of stamps do you want?
M: This kind of stamp is beautiful. How many do I need for this letter?
F: I need to weigh it first. Eh... It's five grams overweight. Do you want to send it as regular post of as a registered letter?
M: I want it registered. How much is it then?
F: Registration 1 plus overweight. Eh... five Pounds in all. You can stick five stamps on the envelope.
M: Here is a ten-pound bill.
F: Here is the receipt and the change. If you're interested, we have a special collectors' edition stamps series here. It is on sale right now for 30% off.
M: No, thanks. I'm actually not a collector.
