　　B: Yes, speaking。

1. need a hand 需要帮助，也可以说want a hand，来看下面的对话：

　　另外 give sb. a hand 就是给某人帮助，再来看段对话：

　　2. come in 我们比较熟悉它作为“请进”的意思，其实它还有很多其他意思，比如它可以解释为“到达”，看个例句：Fall clothes will be coming in soon. 秋季的衣服马上就会到了。
　　另外它还可以表示become available for use(可利用，可使用)，例：New weather information just came in. 新的气象信息刚刚开通使用。
　　3. I can make it. 我能做到。这里的 make 是“成功，做成”的意思，这句话用来表达信心很合适。例：Give me a chance. I can make it. 给我个机会，我会做到的。
