1:Look, Billy, that's no way to talk to your dad; don't give me anymore lip, son. You better be home by midnight or you can't use the car for a month. Do you hear me?
例句-2:Sally and I will fly to Hawaii for two weeks. I smack my lips every time I think about us lying on a white sand beach with the waves rolling in and palm trees rustling 2 around us, or luau feasts 3 and hula dancers and that beautiful scenery。
例句-3:Green says he's supporting us this fall. But that's just lip service:He’s doing nothing to help. He really hopes we'll lose so we'll pick him to run next time. He's fooling himself though; we won't use a candidate we can't trust。
