NANNING, June 26 (Xinhua) -- Nine people are dead and one missing in south China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous 1 region after rainstorms that have affected 2 millions of people over the last few days, local authorities said on Tuesday.
As of Tuesday evening, over 932,000 people and 51,860 hectares of farmland in Guangxi have been affected by downpours since June 21, according to the regional civil affairs bureau.
