双十一过去了……双十二还远吗？接下来两个月的土堆好了吗？向父母男友哭穷的词备好了吗？只用poor根本不足表达以我们的穷苦程度，必须要整点新词了~
1. dirt-poor 极贫困的
例句：Where would the dirt-poor Tom get a hundred dollars?
汤姆这个穷光蛋到哪儿弄一百美元去？
2. Max out my credit card 刷爆了我的信用卡
例句：She's maxed out three credit cards.
他已经刷爆了三张卡了。
3. poor as a church mouse 一贫如洗
（直译为穷的像教堂里的老鼠……就是一贫如洗的意思）
例句：With his company doing bankrupt, he is now as poor as a church mouse.
随着他的公司倒闭破产，他目前已是一贫如洗。
4.be broke 身无分文
例句：I'll be broke in two months.
我会在两个月内破产。
5. live from hand to mouth 勉强糊口，度日维艰
（hand to mouth 现挣现吃，只能满足目前的需求，主要指食物方面）
例句：They can only live from hand to mouth.
他们的日子是只能糊口。
6.not have a bean 囊中羞涩
（一个豆豆没有，囊肿羞涩）
例句：Most people in the area are unemployed 1 and not have a bean to spend.
这地方的很多人都失业待岗，没钱花。
