China last Tuesday kicked off a five-month campaign against the unlicensed distribution of literature and audio and visual products on the Internet.
上周二，我国启动了一项为期5个月的专项行动，整治互联网上未经授权传播文学、音像作品的行为。
The crackdown targets mobile device applications, e-commerce websites, online advertisements, music and video streaming websites, cloud storage services and online news providers, according to a statement released by the National Copyright Administration (NCA).
根据国家版权局发布的声明，此次行动重点查处移动设备应用程序(app)、电商网站、网络广告、音乐和流媒体视频网站、云存储服务和网络新闻媒体。

It urged local police and copyright, Internet and telecom departments to strengthen supervision 1 and "severely 2 crack down on" intellectual property rights infringement 3 on online forums 4 and social-networking platforms.
该专项行动要求各地公安、版权、互联网和通信主管部门加强监管力度，严厉打击网络论坛和社交网络平台上的知识产权侵权行为。
According to the statement, authorities will also toughen monitoring of app stores and their uploaders.
该声明指出，相关部门还将加强对app商店和app上传者的监管。
The action was jointly 5 initiated 6 by the NCA, State Internet Information Office, the Ministry 7 of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Public Security.
