在各种场合，难免会出点什么岔子，影响别人就要跟人道歉，别人影响了自己可没跟你道歉，就可以找相关的人投诉啦，关键是英文怎么表达呢？
A: Oh, excuse me. I just spilled my coffee on your carpet.

A: Anyway I want to pay for the cleaning.
