Looking around the country, in Queensland, isolated 2 showers in the east and far south of the state. Mostly clear and warm over the interior. In New South Wales, showers and thunderstorms spreading from the west. Warm in the north of the state. Mild in the south.
Rain and storms across most of Victoria, heaviest in the north. Mild temperatures and variable winds.
Showers in northeast Tasmania, dry and mostly sunny elsewhere of the state.
In South Australia, rain and storms in the south and east of the state. Dry and mostly sunny elsewhere.
Isolated coastal showers in the southern parts of Western Australia, dry elsewhere.
In the Top End, coastal showers in the north and eastern parts of the territory, dry in the south.
And looking ahead to tomorrow’s forecast for the capitals, possible showers in Brisbane and Adelaide. Rain in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne. Cloudy in Hobart. Developing showers in Perth and it should be mostly sunny in the Top End.
