Pop star Justin Bieber has appeared in a Miami court, accused of drink driving. Police pulled over the singer when he was spotted 7 drag racing 8. He's also been charged with resisting arrest without violence and having an expired license 9. The judge set bail 10 at 2,500 dollars.
