This comes as the country orders 10,000 troops into the streets to protect sensitive sites.
Haitians gathered Monday to mark the 5th anniversary of the devastating 6 January 2010 earthquake. The government said more than 300,000 people were killed, but the exact toll 7 is unknown because there was no systematic 8 effort to count bodies amid the chaos 9 and destruction.
