阿布:
I want to buy a flat in “Sun and Star City”. But I quitted when I heard CNPC purchased the whole building at the price of 9476 per square meter with the sum price of 20.6 billion RMB while the price for personal purchase is 23000. The building which it purchased is near to the subway.
我想在“太阳星城”买套房子。当我听说中石油团以20.6亿团购了整栋楼，而且单价为9476每平方米，而如果个人购买，单价确是23000呢。我就退出了。他们购买的那栋楼正好靠近地铁。

Is the news reliable? CNPC is state-owned company. I think the leaders dare not to use the national money for their own benefits.
这个消息确凿吗？CNPC是国有企业。我想他们领导不敢用国家的钱来谋取私利吧。
阿布:

They said they were group purchase and the officials of CNPC had given the clear response.
他们说中石油是团购。他们还说中石油的高官已经给出明确的答复。

Nonsense 3! What the explanation they gave does not say anything.
这是废话啊。他们给出的理由并不能说明任何问题。
阿布:
We are just common persons, but they are the leader in the line. The only way we choose is to give up and wait for another chance.
