“中暑了”英语怎么说？

世博会开幕这几天一直高温不下，仅5月1、2日两天世博园区救护车出动就达到80多次，其中接诊的26个人是中暑。“中暑”的英文怎么说呢？大家都知道stroke，中风，而中暑就是heat stroke。
那么，中暑的症状有哪些呢？

在夏天的时候我们如何预防中暑呢？首先防晒工作要做好，出门前的准备包括：阳伞parasol、防晒霜sunblock、墨镜 sunglasses、遮阳帽topee、清凉油cooling oil；天热的时候记得多吃一些凉性的食物，比如plum syrup，酸梅汤；mung bean soup，绿豆汤等等。世博园中为了防暑降温特设了不少sprayer，喷雾器，大家自己也可以随身携带一个小巧的spray bottle，随时补水，又防暑又护肤。
说到spray这个词，女生们比较熟悉的可能就两种：防晒喷雾，sunscreen spray，还有就是防狼喷雾，pepper spray，估计这两大喷雾是女生们包包里长期必备的吧。不过防晒工作可以不用太严密，现在流行黑美人，健康肤色嘛，有很多人还会用spray-on tan来把皮肤弄成健康的小麦色呢。
