天气越来越冷啦，没适应气候的转变，不造咋滴就生病了~发烧，感冒，流鼻涕，身体简直各种不舒服~饭不想吃，班也不想上...今儿普大就教大家如何表达自己身体不适~童鞋们记得要多注意自己的身体喔~
1.I feel sick.
我觉得很难受。
2.I feel awful/bad.
我感到很不舒服。
3.I don't feel well.
我感觉很不好。
4.I'm under the weather/I'm ill.
我生病了。
对于不舒服的各种症状，你可以这么表达:
1.I don't have any appetite./I lost my appetite./I have no appetite.
我没有什么胃口。
I don't feel like eating anything.
我不是很想吃东西。
2.I have a sore throat./My throat is sore.
我喉咙痛。
My throat is swollen 1.
我喉咙发炎了。
3.I have a (high/mild) fever.
我发烧了。（高烧/轻微）
I feel like burning up.
我感到浑身发烫。
I have a high temperature.
我体温很高。
4.I have a running nose./My nose is running.
我一直流鼻涕。
My nose won't stop running.
我鼻涕一直流个不停。

adj.肿大的，水涨的；v.使变大，肿胀
- Her legs had got swollen from standing up all day.因为整天站着，她的双腿已经肿了。
- A mosquito had bitten her and her arm had swollen up.蚊子叮了她，她的手臂肿起来了。
adj.懒惰的，迟钝的，无精打采的
- This humid heat makes you feel rather sluggish.这种湿热的天气使人感到懒洋洋的。
