Disney’s animated 1 film "Frozen" just won’t "Let It Go". The soundtrack to the Oscar-winning film has had its best sales week, with the longest-ever run at the top of the charts.
The soundtrack notched 2 its 11th non-consecutive week at the top spot of the Billboard 3 200 album chart on Wednesday. It beat out the previous record-holder, 1994’s "The Lion King" soundtrack, which hit No.1 for ten weeks.
Last week was also the "Frozen" soundtrack’s biggest sales week ever since its November release. Boosted by the Easter holiday, the soundtrack sold nearly 260,000 copies last week, bringing its total U.S. sales to 2.3 million.
