Someone using the name "Mo Yizhi" posted online that her nine-year old sister doesn’t like eating vegetables. On Monday, the little girl herself posted a question asking how she can avoid smog poisoning.
Mo Yizhi seized the opportunity. She posted on Sina Weibo, asking readers to tell a white lie to her sister by answering "eating vegetables can help prevent smog poisoning".
More than 15,000 people left messages for the little girl. And some people say they can feel the positive energy and are even becoming convinced themselves that vegetables can be an antidote 2 to damage from air pollution. As much as I like vegetables, perhaps a full-face air filter mask would be more effective.
