US Vice 1 President Joe Biden will be arriving in China Wednesday. The Chinese Foreign Ministry 2 says Biden will hold talks with top Chinese leaders, with the expected aim of promoting Sino-US relations to a new level. Biden began his Asia trip on Monday in Japan.
In a press briefing, Biden said it’s necessary for China and Japan to establish a constructive 3 dialogue mechanism 4, to cope with crisis and ease regional tension.
