Bayern humiliates Nuremberg 4-0

 　　BERLIN, Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- Bundesliga giant Bayern Munich defended top position with a 4-0 win over Nuremberg at the southern derby, Schalke earned a 3-1 victory over Hoffenheim owing a brace 1 by striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar while Hannover lost to Monchengladbach 2-1 thanks to the brace by youngster midfielder Marco Reus on Saturday.

　　On the 11th match day of German Bundesliga Bayern needed two minutes to open the scoring against Nuremberg as striker Mario Gomez slotted home a perfect cross by midfielder mate Bastian Schweinsteiger to open the scoring. Nuremberg was unable to put up resistance as Schweinsteiger doubled the lead with 18 minutes into the match when he hammered home an assist by striker Gomez.
　　Seven minutes before interval 2, Nuremberg suffered the 0-3 deficit 3 as Frenchmen and Bayern midfielder Franck Ribery dribbled 4 through harmless Nuremberg defence to triple the lead with a hammer. Bayern retracted 5 with the lead while Nuremberg seemed to accept the defeat.
　　Finally at the 67th minute striker Mario Gomez sealed the deal and the eight victory when he netted home from very close. Bayern stays on top with 25 points while Nuremberg remains 6 on 13th position with 12 points.
　　In a see saw match between Schalke and Hoffenheim Dutchmen Klaas Jan Huntelaar wrapped the 3-1 win. With 28 minutes into match veteran striker, and Spaniard Raul netted from very close range to mark the opener from goal area.
　　Schalke defended the neat lead until the 63rd minute as Hoffenheim striker Vedad Ibisevic levelled the score after a cross to make it 1-1 on the scoreboards. Schalke smoothed the way for the victory at the 72nd minute as striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar converted a penalty following his second goal only three minutes later to mark the final 3-1 win over Hoffenheim.
　　Schalke climbs from 3rd to 2nd position with 21 points whereas Hoffenheim slips from 8th to 9th position with 16 points.
　　Defending champion Borussia Dortmund shared points with Stuttgart after a 1-1 draw in an intense match. Stuttgart defender 7 Serdar Tasci shocked the defending champion when he opened the scoring at the 22nd minute but defender Lukasz Piszczek levelled the score for his side Dortmund.
　　Dortmund slips from 2nd to 3rd position with 20 points whilst Stuttgart slips on 6th position with 18 points.
　　Hannover lost 2-1 to Monchengladbach, as they were unable to stop youngster midfielder Marco Reus who scored a brace to seal the sixth victory of the season. Hannover pressed frantically 8 but was unable to overcome "Gladbachs" well positioned defence.
　　Monchengladbach jumps from 7th to 5th position with 20 points while Hannover while Hannover slips from 4th to 7th position with 18 points.
　　In an exciting match Berlin defeated Wolfsburg 3-2 owing a very late goal by youngster striker Pierre Michel Lasogga. Berlin opened the scoring at the 28th minute through striker Raffael who curled home from inside left for the lead.
　　Only three minutes later Wolfsburg striker Mario Mandzukic levelled the score but Berlin defender Levan Kobiashvili hammered the 2-1 lead when he converted a penalty. At the 83rd minute "Wolves" defender Marcel Schaefer hammered home a free kick goal to level the score seven minute before final whistle but just one minute later Berlin striker Pierre Michel Lasogga scored the 3-2 decider for his side. Berlin stays on 10th position with 16 points whereas Wolfsburg remains on 11th position with 13 points.
　　Already on Friday Leverkusen defeated last positioned Freiburg 1-0 in an average match thanks to the goal by midfielder Michael Ballack. Leverkusen climbs from 9th to 8th position with 17 points whilst Freiburg stays on 18th position with seven points out of eleven matches.
　　Bremen overcame struggling Mainz 3-1 in match an entertaining match at high pace. Mainz defender Niko Bungertz brought his side up front when he headed home a corner from very sharp angle in the 23rd minute. Bremen remained unfazed and levelled through Claudio Pizzaro who scored his 150th Bundesliga goal with a lob in the 29th minute.

Bremen defended deep with the lead behind but Mainz remained harmless so with Bremen was able to score the 3-1 lead through defender Sebastian Pr?dl who headed home a free kick cross at the 78th minute. It is ninth winless match for Mainz after a encouraging performance.
