The Central Military Commission (CMC) has planned to gradually terminate all paid services in the military in three years, according to a CMC circular recently issued.
中央军委近日发布的通知指出，计划3年内逐步停止军队和武警部队一切有偿服务活动。
According to the document, military units will no longer be allowed to launch new programs or sign new contracts of paid services, and expired contracts may not be extended.
根据这份文件指出，军方所有单位一律不得新上项目、新签合同开展对外有偿服务活动，凡已到期的对外有偿服务合同不得再续签。

The CMC also rolled out principles and measures on the termination of military paid services, aiming to tackle problems that may emerge as a result of the move to phase out paid services.
中央军委还就军队有偿服务的终止出台了相关原则和措施，以处理逐步停止有偿服务过程中可能出现的问题。
The circular stressed that terminating all paid services was "an important political task" in building the armed forces, and urged units at all levels to fully 1 implement 2 the decision.
