国内外有好多歌曲都以“彩虹”为名，大概是因为不论在什么文化背景，彩虹都是美好而绚烂的景色吧。在我们的生活中，有一群人被称为“彩虹族”，他们能把生活过得像彩虹一样美丽，也能把工作完成得像彩虹一样漂亮。他们是怎么做到的呢？
彩虹族
Rainbow is seen as colorful and cheerful. So, rainbow clan 1 refers to people who are good at finding a balance between work and life. They have a balanced and healthy diet, do physical exercises regularly, get enough sleep, and work with high efficiency,。
彩虹一直被视为色彩斑斓、积极向上的代表。因此，“彩虹族”指的就是那些善于保持工作和生活最佳平衡点的人。他们注重饮食均衡和健康、定期锻炼，保证充足的睡眠，而且能够保证很高的工作效率。
“Never make yourself a slave to wealth, enjoy every minute of your life” is their motto. In their eyes, career advancement 2 and wealth accumulation coming from overtime 3 working and bad health is just like pursuing one of the seven colors from a rainbow, it’s by no means a worthwhile way of life。
“不做金钱的奴隶，尽情享受生活”是他们的座右铭。在他们的眼里，通过超负荷工作和牺牲健康得来的事业成就和财富就像是只追求彩虹中的某一个颜色一样，是不可取的一种生活方式。
