The Central Economic Work Conference has opened in Beijing. We’re expecting reform details and a to do list for 2014. The usual prelude 1 to the conference--last week’s politburo meeting had set the tone--China would seek development while ensuring stability. Reforms will be carried out in all sectors 2.
