　　China's Internet media employees are defined 1 by high education, long work hours and low job satisfaction, according to the 2016 report on Internet media workers.

　　The report conducted by web portal sina.com and Fudan University, was released 2 last Tuesday at the Sina Future Media Summit 3 in Beijing.
　　该项由门户网站新浪网及复旦大学联合开展的报告，于上周二在北京召开的新浪未来媒体峰会上发布。

　　According to the report, 70% of Internet media employees are under the age of 30, 94.1% have a college degree or above and most believe that they are at the lower-middle level of society.

　　Working 8.5 hours a day and 5.1 days a week on average does not promise good economic conditions. Most Internet media employees said that being unable to afford a house is their biggest source of pressure. 51% are living in rented houses.
　　平均每天工作8.5小时，每周工作5.1天并不能保证不错的经济条件。多数互联网新闻从业者称买不起房是其最大的压力来源。51%的从业者租房居住。
　　"The internet media workers are facing life dilemmas 5, that they can neither afford a home financially, nor having enough time to spend with their family members," said Zhou Baohua, a professor at Fudan University, who conducted the research.

　　Another source of pressure comes from the challenge of new technology: most Internet media workers lack necessary understanding of virtual 6 reality and artificial intelligence.
